Looking for a better work-life balance?
Clean Scapes & Excavation is looking for a reliable, experienced labourer to work alongside Jack, our qualified structural landscaper, on projects including retaining walls, fencing and other landscaping work.
This is a casual, project-based position, with work generally ranging from 2–5 days per week, depending on jobs.
We're looking for someone who's comfortable with variable hours and keen to grow with a small, family-run business. As our workload becomes more consistent, we'd love to offer greater stability and flexibility, with the potential for job-based bonuses that reward efficiency and early completion.
We want someone who takes pride in their work, uses their initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do all the time.
What you'll need
- Experience in landscaping, construction or similar hands-on work
- Confidence using tools and equipment
- Physical fitness and an understanding of safe manual handling
- Reliability, initiative and a good work ethic
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Trailer towing and reversing experience is a bonus, but we're happy to teach you!
What you'll get
- $38–$45/hr casual, depending on experience and skills, plus applicable award allowances
- Potential performance-based bonuses
- Opportunities to develop your skills and take on more responsibility
- Potential support with training and qualifications through RPL
Experience is preferred, but a good attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much, if not more.
