What services do you provide?
We deliver a range of structural and landscape works, including retaining walls, fencing and gates, paving, turf preparation and installation, excavation, and general site preparation. Many of our projects involve sloping blocks, tight access, or complex site conditions that require careful planning and sequencing.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service the Gold Coast and South Brisbane regions. For larger or more specialised projects, travel may be considered by arrangement.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes following an initial discussion and, where required, a site visit.All quotes are provided in writing and typically remain valid for 14 days, subject to material availability and supplier pricing.
Do I need council approval for fencing or retaining walls?
In some cases, yes. Requirements can vary depending on wall height, fence height, boundary location, and local council regulations.While we don’t manage council applications on your behalf, we can advise whether approval is commonly required and help you understand the next steps before works commence.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Clean Scapes & Excavation is QBCC licensed and fully insured, including public liability insurance. QBCC Licence No. 1543423 (also displayed in the website footer).
Do your projects come with a warranty?
Workmanship warranties apply to our structural works, and many of the materials we use carry manufacturer warranties.Warranty periods can vary depending on the product and supplier, and any exclusions will always be clearly outlined in your quote or invoice before work begins.
How do you handle materials and finishes?
We work with trusted suppliers and proven products selected for durability and long-term performance. Please note that colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly between batches and from on-screen representations.
Do you have any Terms and Conditions?
